Recommended modules for UZH students
For students majoring in geography at the University of Zurich (UZH), the IRL offers interesting modules at ETH. The list of modules is continuously updated to reflect ETH’s current offerings. Further information can be found on the external page UZH website.

Taking certain courses is intended to enable students to transfer to the ETH master’s program in “Spatial Development and Infrastructure Systems” without any prerequisites. In the table, courses marked with an * are prerequisite courses that must be taken upon transfer to ETH for the master’s program in “Spatial Development and Infrastructure Systems,” unless they have already been completed as part of a minor. It is recommended that you take these courses if you intend to transfer to the aforementioned master’s program. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the transfer to the program will be possible entirely without prerequisites, as the prerequisite courses are occasionally adjusted. The Registrar’s Office will be happy to assist you in this regard. Admission to this master’s program is subject to additional requirements. These include, in particular, excellent academic performance and sufficient proficiency in English.
